C5 RM-645 ставил последнюю прошивку фениксом. Теперь только вибро.

2.) Внешнее проявление неисправности: При включении только срабатывает вибратор, телефон не запускается.
3.) После чего такое случилось: ставил последнюю прошивку фениксом

Если прошивку не понижал и такая ошибка феникса то без приборов тут делать нечего

Если повторная прошивка текущей версии SW из dead mide с помощью имеющегося в вашем распоряжении Phoenix не помогает, то без оборудования вариант только один.
Дождаться выхода следующей версии SW и прошить телефон ею.

спасибо)) я быстрей в ремонт отдам чем прошивки дождусь их же уже сняли с производства кому они нужны)

Не такая уже и старая модель. Ди и апдейты SW у Nokia, выходят ещё долго после снятия с производства. Но ждать действительно можно долго.
Сдайте в любой приличный СЦ, там делов на 20 минут, при наличии соответствующего оборудования и достаточного кол-ва серого вещества у мастера

Лучше не заниматься самолечением дальше, потом заказ RPL дороже будет если жив еще.
