Oh I did think you want the service menu to change the baseband.
The sim unlock is another thing. Please try one of the following:
1- Open Shortcut Master app, go to Settings menu, select "Launch Method 0 and 1" and make sure the option "Use per-code scheme" is selected.
2- Go to 'Secret Code Explorer' menu, scroll down to 7465625 (that stands for SIMLOCK), tap and select 'Launch 0' to check for the locking status of your device (Network Lock, Subset Lock, SP Lock and CP Lock).
3- Here you also see the relating secret codes that use for locking/unlocking the device. They are: 7465625*27*, 7465625*638*, 7465625*77* and 7465625*782*. 27 stands for CP Lock, 638 is NET (Network) Lock, 77 is SP Lock and 782 is SUB (Subset) Lock. You will see each code has 2 entries: one for lock and one for unlock.
4- OR go to the menu Search, enter 'personalization' to search. Then tap on the search result to launch the Network Unlock dialog.
I have tried (1), (2) and (4), and not test (3) yet, because my phone is not locked. So please try at your own risk.
