Ещё раз попробовал активировать, теперь пишет ошибку, как в самом начале:
We could not complete the activation of your iPhone.
The SIM card in your new iPhone is not the one that shipped with it. Please reinsert that SIM card and restart the activation process by turning your iPhone off and on. If activating via iTunes, please disconnect and reconnect your iPhone.
Но ведь он после первой успешной активации больше не должен запрашивать ZIP/SSN и должен активироваться любой симкой
