Nokia 700 SX4
 
Nokia 700 изначально был имея битый 123456 заказал RPL сейчас имей нормально а сам телефон теперь SECURITY_TEST : FAILED
есть ATF активирован.
SIMLOCK_TYPE : PA_SL3 (15-digit NCK)
SIMLOCK_TEST : PASSED
SECURITY_TEST : FAILED

Для исправления SECURITY_TEST : FAILED обычно необходимо записать проверенный PM (без 120 и 308 полей) с SX4 авторизацией.

700_RM-670_PM_www.UO5OQ.com с этим РМ ом я делаю SX4 авторизация
1.ATF network
2.Stand Alone SX4
3.Write PM
4. SX4 Authorization. потом вставляю РМ .

Судя по Логу - PM успешно записан.
Попробуйте записать другой PM.
Так же часто помогает запись именно пары HWC+CCC и PM прочитанных из одного и того же, заведомо рабочего телефона.
Сначала записать HWC+CCC и затем PM с SX4

Естественно с рабочего. И еще нюансик. Попробуйте делать все именно по fbus. Неоднократно замечал что именно с этим телефоном по usb продукты для nokia работают не совсем корректно. И что интересно то. 1 и 309 блок записаны верно. А значит теоретически все по восстановлено. И возможны дополнительно и железные проблемы. В том числе и с флешкой. Ее в данном случае менять можно отдельно, так как rpl у Вас уже есть.
